If you are a new subcontractor, please complete the following form. It is extremely important that the information is correct as Stotto cannot accept any liability for incorrect information that has been supplied.

Please confirm the following:

You hold a valid insurance certificate ( Please supply this to us )

You are a fully insured Subcontractor with no accidents reported to the https://www.hse.gov.uk in the last 3 years.

You will ensure you maintain high standards for health and safety and wear suitable PPE ( personal protective equipment ) for your work. As a bare minimum you MUST wear safety boots.

You agree to submit an invoice for the work you have completed to accounts@stotto.com

All invoices MUST contain your full information including UTR and bank details

Finally, You agree to enter into this agreement with Stotto 1 Limited as a bonefide subcontractor and you confirm you are registered as a self employed. You also confirm that you are registered to work in the construction industry scheme with HMRC.
